U.S. Storm Shelters, LLC has been manufacturing and installing storm shelters since 2005. Providing safety and security to families and businesses affected by dangerous tornadoes and storms is not just a sideline business for us... it is our only business.

We are a Producing Member of the American Tornado Shelter Association (ATSA) and our shelters qualify for most grant programs.

U.S. Storm Shelters concrete storm shelters and personal safe rooms have been "debris impact tested". U.S. Storm Shelters passed with flying colors and are even stronger now than when the testing was first performed.

  • Built to exceed FEMA recommended standards
  • Constructed of 6,500 PSI concrete with fibermesh
  • Concrete includes waterproofing for up to 40+ years against leaks
  • 8" and 6" diameter; screened air vents
  • Powder coated door and staircase
  • Reinforced with 3/8" rebar every 9 to 12 inches
  • Walls are 3" thick and ceiling and floor are over 4" thick
  • 10 guage steel, leak proof door built to FEMA specs
